Tervetuloa Spektrin syyskokoukseen! Kokouksessa valitaan ensi vuoden hallitus ja toiminnantarkastajat, päätetään jäsenmaksun suuruus sekä hyväksytään toimintasuunnitelma ja talousarvio. Kokouksessa päätäntävalta on Spektrin jäsenillä. Esityslista, toimintasuunnitelmaehdotus ja talousarvioehdotus löytyvät alempaa.
Spektrin hallituksessa on tilaa kiinnostuneille. Jos hallituksen jäsenyys tai varajäsenyys kiinnostaa, tule kokoukseen paikalle tai ilmoita kiinnostuksestasi etukäteen sähköpostilla osoitteeseen hallitus@spektriry.fi tai laita Spektrin Facebook-sivulle viestiä Messengerin kautta. Yhteydenotossa olisi hyvä mainita mahdollisesta aikaisemmasta järjestökokemuksesta (kokemusta ei kuitenkaan vaadita) sekä siitä, mitä haluaisit mahdollisesti hallituksessa tehdä (tapahtumien järjestäminen, tiedotus, sihteerin työt jne.). Jos et ole yhdistyksen jäsen, toivoisimme että lähetät ennen kokousta jäsenhakemuksen jos haluat hallituksen jäseneksi. Jäsenhakemuksen voit täyttää osoitteessa www.spektriry.fi/liity-jaseneksi .
Kokous järjestetään 15.12.2018 klo. 18.00 TuSetan olohuoneella, osoitteessa Eerikinkatu 22b B 20. Saapumisohjeet ja esteettömyystiedot löytyvät TuSetan sivuilta: www.tuseta.fi/yhteystiedot/ .
Heti kokouksen jälkeen, alkaen n. klo. 19, järjestetään Spektrin pikkujoulut.

Welcome to Spektri's autumn meeting! The meeting will elect next year's board and performance auditors, decide the size of the membership fee and approve the plan of action and budgetary estimate. At the meeting, Spektri's members have the say. The agenda, plan of action proposal and budgetary estimate proposal can be found in Finnish at the above links, and will be provided in English upon request.
There's room on Spektri's board for those interested. If you're interested in joining the board as a regular or deputy member, show up at the meeting or let us know of your interest in advance by emailing the board at hallitus@spektriry.fi or by messaging Spektri's Facebook page via Facebook Messenger. In the message you should mention any previous association experience (experience is however not a requirement) and also what you might want to do as a board member. If you're not a member of the association but are interested in joining the board, we'd like to ask you to fill out a membership application before the meeting. The meeting will be held on December 15th at 18.00 o'clock in TuSeta's living room, at the address Eerikinkatu 22b B 20. Arrival instructions can be found on TuSeta's website: http://www.tuseta.fi/contact/ . Unfortunately, the space is not fully accessible. While there is an elevator to the 2nd floor, it can only be accessed via stairs.
Right after the meeting will be Spektri’s pre-Christmas party, starting at around 19 o’clock.
